Kathleen Gillies and her sister Beth Rowsell began their real estate careers in 1993. Kathleen and Beth were partners in Sutton Place Realty, a boutique real estate office within their family insurance agency, Sutton Insurance. The Sutton Insurance Agency is now a third-generation business. Today, Kathleen and Beth are proud to be part of the original team in the Coach Realtors East Islip office and are excited to be a part of Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors.

Kathleen and Beth have been listing and selling property on Long Island's South Shore for over 30 years. They have sold homes to several generations of the same families, as well as selling the same homes a few times! With their local knowledge and the ability to offer global relocation, Kathleen and Beth are valued resources in their community. Their family has been in the East Islip area since the late 1950s. They are and have been active in the East Islip Community Chamber, Little League of the Islips, St. Mary’s Church and St. Mary’s School, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, St. John of God Roller Hockey, The Rotary Club of Islip, The Great River Community Association and many other local groups.

In addition, Kathleen and Beth are both Licensed Associate Brokers. They continue to improve their skills and have recently completed the Luxury Portfolio Master Class. They have Staging credentials as well as Negotiating training by the top trainers in the industry and continue to enjoy working together as a team to help people reach their real estate goals.
